Gluten-free diet? Why is Warren Buffett so healthy eating hamburgers? It's not just genetics.

Today, let's tackle a common question many people have: Do we really need to eat super healthy to stay healthy? Can't we indulge in junk food as long as we maintain a positive mindset?

Take Warren Buffett, for example. He's known for indulging in hamburgers and other unhealthy foods, yet he remains healthy and lives a long life with few illnesses. But then there are others who suffer from a host of health problems at a young age and need to completely overhaul their diet and lifestyle to regain health.

It's puzzling how some people can thrive while consuming junk food, while others seem to be plagued by health issues despite similar diets. Many, including doctors, often attribute this to factors like genetics or luck.

While genetics may play a small part, it's not the sole explanation. We'll delve into genetics another time.

Today, our focus is on answering why some people can eat junk food and stay healthy, while others seem to suffer from health problems.

Bread, Gluten, and Health: Unveiling the Rise of the Gluten-Free Movement

Unhealthy foods come in many varieties. To simplify, let's use bread as an example to understand a key concept. Bread is considered unhealthy because the flour used to make it contains gluten.

What is gluten?

Gluten is a protein found in grains like wheat, barley, and rye. Most bread, noodles, pasta on the market contain gluten, meaning even the hamburgers Warren Buffett loves may contain gluten.

In the past, people who were concerned about or sensitive to gluten were mainly those allergic to it. However, in the last decade or two, a gluten-free diet has become a trend among health-conscious individuals worldwide. This trend has expanded beyond the Western world. Apart from the increasing scientific research on gluten, many excellent doctors in various fields have discovered that when patients with different types of chronic diseases eliminate gluten from their diets, their symptoms significantly improve. As a result, these doctors and scientists have begun advocating for the significant impact of gluten on health. Through their advocacy, the public has begun to adopt gluten-free diets.

Among these doctors is Dr. William Davis, a cardiologist. His skepticism about the surgeries and medications he often performed arose after his mother underwent heart surgery but passed away shortly afterward. He wondered if there was a better way to improve health. Eventually, he realized that diet could make a difference, especially by eliminating gluten.

Another example is Dr. David Perlmutter, a neurologist, who observed that gluten is a major contributor to inflammation and various brain diseases. He found that cutting out gluten could help prevent issues like depression, headaches, insomnia, diabetes, and obesity. Many other doctors and scientists have made similar discoveries, leading them to promote gluten-free diets.

In simple terms, their viewpoint is that gluten can contribute to or trigger various diseases affecting the heart, intestines, brain, and more. By eliminating gluten, one can prevent many diseases.

Beyond Gluten: Unraveling the Role of Pathogens in Disease Formation

These discoveries are truly remarkable! But the question remains: Why do some people who consume a lot of gluten-containing foods throughout their lives not suffer from various diseases, just like Warren Buffett? In the past, I was also puzzled and lacked the motivation to change my diet, even though I knew gluten could potentially cause various diseases. Firstly, I loved bread too much to give it up, and secondly, I believed my immune system was strong enough to resist any negative effects from gluten.

It wasn't until the Medical Medium Antony William provided an explanation that I understood why gluten could lead to illness. He revealed that gluten itself isn't the problem nor the direct cause of diseases. Therefore, many people can consume gluten their entire lives without falling ill. The root of the problem lies in the body's virus and pathogens, such as the Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV). Gluten provides nourishment to these pathogens, allowing them to multiply and produce toxins during excretion. These toxins enter various systems in the body, resulting in different diseases. For instance, when pathogens digest gluten and produce waste, the toxins may enter the central nervous system, leading to conditions like depression and brain fog. If they enter the lymphatic system, they may cause skin problems and so on.

Gluten itself isn't the problem, the root of the problem lies in the body's viruses and pathogens, and gluten is the food of those viruses and pathogens.

Therefore, when gluten is eliminated from the diet, the pathogens that thrive on gluten starve and are unable to produce toxins. Many diseases naturally improve and heal as a result.

In other words, scientists misunderstand when they believe that gluten directly causes diseases. In reality, it's the pathogens that create diseases, and gluten merely feeds these pathogens. If a person's body has fewer pathogens, consuming gluten won't trigger illness.

That's why individuals like Warren Buffett can comfortably enjoy hamburgers without much consequence because their bodies have fewer pathogens, so consuming gluten doesn't affect them significantly. However, nowadays, fewer people have fewer pathogens in their bodies, leading to more young people suffering from diseases typically associated with old age.

Optimizing Health: Navigating the Pathogen-Promoting Foods

In other words, if you don't want to feed the pathogens in your body, it's recommended to avoid any foods containing gluten. Because you never know where these pathogens might be in your body, producing toxins through excretion, which can then lead to illness.

Additionally, various types of pathogens are more attracted to eggs than gluten. Although pathogens may like gluten, they prefer eggs even more. You can learn more about this in the earlier article  " The Secret of Eggs - A Delicacy that Nourishes Cancer Cells and All Pathogens."

Suppose you already suffer from chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, eczema, skin conditions, fatty liver, migraines, lupus, and so on. In that case, it's strongly advised to eliminate eggs, gluten, wheat, and dairy products, including milk, cheese, yogurt, and more because these are the foods that pathogens love and that contribute to chronic diseases.

And I always believe that one day, the world won't be filled with foods that pathogens love, but rather everywhere you look, you'll find foods that truly strengthen cellular immunity and are delicious.
