What are hypnosis and hypnotherapy?


A therapy helps people subconsciously change to achieve goals. 

Hypnosis is a slow brain wave state. In this state, the body will be relaxed, the mind will also be highly suggestive of positive thoughts.
Hypnotherapy is a combination of hypnosis and various scientific theories to help you reshape, modify and replace behaviors, remove limiting beliefs that you no longer want.

Hypnotherapy is an alternative treatment to improve physical and mental health. Therefore, our hypnotherapist will not prescribe medicines and will not diagnose in any way, shape, or form. 

In order to help you achieve your goals in the best possible way, the hypnotherapist will ask you to get a referral from a physician or psychologist according to your situation, such as cancer, headaches, depression, or other potential problems.

Will I be controlled by a hypnotherapist and let me do things I don't want to do?


Absolutely not. 

Hypnotherapy is a way to enter a subconscious state, not a way to control people.
Hypnotherapy is a process of mutual cooperation. Only with your willingness, the hypnotherapist, as a professional assistant, helps you to build your inner strength more effectively on the subconscious level. Therefore, the hypnotherapist cannot control you to do the thing you don't want.

What if I cannot wake up from hypnosis?


Not possible. 

Hypnosis is a natural state, and you can definitely return from the hypnotic state to the conscious state based on your will. 

During the hypnosis process, you have all kinds of control. 

What would I experience while being hypnotized?


Deep relazatioon and highly focused.

In the hypnotic state, the body will relax and highly focus at the same time.
Hypnotherapy is a highly focused process. When needed, the hypnotist will talk to you during the treatment.
