What are hypnosis and hypnotherapy?

In order to help you achieve your goals in the best possible way, the hypnotherapist will ask you to get a referral from a physician or psychologist according to your situation, such as cancer, headaches, depression, or other potential problems.

Will I be controlled by a hypnotherapist and let me do things I don't want to do?

Hypnotherapy is a way to enter a subconscious state, not a way to control people.
Hypnotherapy is a process of mutual cooperation. Only with your willingness, the hypnotherapist, as a professional assistant, helps you to build your inner strength more effectively on the subconscious level. Therefore, the hypnotherapist cannot control you to do the thing you don't want.

What if I cannot wake up from hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state, and you can definitely return from the hypnotic state to the conscious state based on your will.

What would I experience while being hypnotized?
